OMF Education
The Inclusive Power of Music
The OMF Education project was created with a clear and ambitious goal: to bring great music into the classrooms and beyond, introducing younger generations to the inclusive and evocative power of classical music.
Through live performances, outreach programs, and highly engaging educational activities, we aim to demonstrate that classical music is a universal language, capable of breaking down barriers, stimulating creativity, and fostering the personal and collective growth of younger generations.
The Art of Growing Together
This commitment, strongly supported by our Artistic Director, translates into direct, tangible, and deeply engaging experiences, made possible through a valuable and continuous synergy with the educational and cultural institutions of the Biella area.
Over the years, we have brought special projects to life, including collaborations with Cascina Oremo, Città Studi in Biella, and Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto, where students have been able to experience the union of visual art and classical music, surrounded by the works of Maestro Pistoletto and the magic of an exclusive concert by our artists.
These tailor-made events are designed to awaken the sensitivity and curiosity of young people, in order to explore the most intimate and emotional soul of sound, transforming the act of listening into a space for healing and connection, showcasing the true value of music therapy and the profound impact music has on our emotional well-being.
An Invitation for the Future
OMF Education is constantly evolving. We want to continue building bridges between the Festival’s prestigious concert halls and school classrooms, because we strongly believe that a young person who learns to listen today will be a more mindful and open-minded adult tomorrow.
